Plyform

This construction system is based on the use of high quality birch plywood with a variety of customised surface finishes and a range of grid densities for maximum route setting potential with bolt on holds and macro features.

Plyform climbing walls can be designed and manufactured for all requirements from featured slabs for beginners through to multiple overhangs, curved profiles and complex geometrical shapes, ideal for both bouldering and roped walls.

Hi-relief climbing surfaces are manufactured with a range of larger sculptured features such as cracks, flakes and horizontal breaks. These features can be combined to create realistic routes on the climbing wall and are ideal for training and instruction.

Touchstone panels are provided with smaller climbing features including foot smears and thin edges with a hardwearing, resinous concrete surface. This provides a more technical style of climbing in combination with bolt on holds and a denser network of fixing sockets for greater flexibility in route setting.

Standard surfaces offer the ultimate flexibility in design and route setting potential and an economic system for wall construction. The combination of a hard wearing, textured finish in resinous concrete with a large number of bolt on hold placements is ideal for any type of climbing wall.
